EACTC at Christmas Tree Lane

EACTC is very honored to have been chosen by Al Spicer, of POS SOS LLC, to decorate a tree for the Christmas Tree Lane contest at Clipper Magazine Stadium, home of the Lancaster Barnstormers.

A variety of area business sponsors purchased and donated the trees to their favorite non-profit or charity.  Over 90 organizations are participating in the contest.  Community members visiting the stadium for the holiday events have the opportunity to vote for their favorite cause.  Each vote is a dollar for the non-profit; the top three trees receiving votes have the potential to win prize money for their programs.

The EACTC’s ornaments were made by the Elizabethtown Area High School’s PAWS…and Think club.  The ornaments represent the many programs offered in cooperation with EASD throughout the district.  The gifts under the tree represent each school building and the community at large.

Starting Friday, November 30th, the community can visit the stadium for a variety of fun family activities between 5:30 pm and 10:30 pm. The activities continue every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening through December 23rd.  We hope you come out and vote for our tree!
